Tomizone not affected by new copyright law
Tomizone, the largest Wi-Fi hotspot provider in Australasia today commented that its operations are not directly exposed to the “Internet Service Provider Liability” should the Section 92 amendment of the Copyright Act 1994 become law, as Tomizone is a downstream ISP and not directly supplying ISP services.
